The Probaker stand mixer from Wilfa is the result of a five-year development process, including collaboration with the Norwegian national chef team. The clever design features a shorter head than usual for a stand mixer, giving you easy access to the bowl during mixing for adding ingredients or visually inspecting the process. An included splash guard helps you stay tidy, even when handling more fluid mixes.
Rest assured that the Probaker still guarantees an even mixture thanks to the rotating bowl, which rotates simultaneously with the hook, allowing for optimum kneading performance.

Low centre of gravity, sophisticated protection
Have you ever experienced your stand mixer waddling away when kneading heavy doughs? With Probaker’s Dual Action™ kneading system, the motor and gear placement are lower than those of most other stand mixers, ensuring a low centre of gravity for improved stability even for the toughest of kneading jobs.
A sophisticated protection system continuously monitors the motor’s performance, and automatically stops it if the temperature is too high or if too much pressure, caused by overload, is detected, which can happen if you’re kneading a particularly tough dough or kneading too much at a time.
High capacity
Efficient 700W motor, large 7L bowl
As a unique feature, Probaker uses a highly efficient motor with PMDC technology which enables a more efficient power transfer and allows a broad speed range with 20 individual speed settings from 60 to 270rpm. Not only is it fast, but it is also powerful, with an output of 700W and a max torque of 110Nm.
With great power comes great kneading responsibilities, which is why the stainless-steel bowl has a capacity of up to 7 litres or 5 kilos, making large scale baking and food preparation a breeze (at least for the mixing part). The stainless-steel bown and all accessories (except the whisk gearbox and flexi-beater’s silicone scraper) can be cleaned in the dishwasher.

Spiral hook - Rated as having the best kneading performance in its class by various testers, including the Norwegian baking team. Ideal for yeast dough, pastry dough, pie dough, pasta dough and crispbread.
Flexible beater – The design with a silicon scraper ensures that not only is air efficiently worked into the mixture, but it also keeps the mixture from sticking to the walls of the bowl. Ideal for buttercream, jams, icing, cake mixes and mashed potatoes.
Double whisk – Adds air to light batters while ensuring maximum volume. Air is added between the whisks, which push the mixture towards the centre of the bowl. Ideal for cream, egg whites, waffle or pancake batter, and sponge cake.
Splash guard – Place it on top of the bowl to prevent liquid from splashing all over your kitchen when handling particularly fluid mixes.
Are the included accessories still not enough? With the optional tool adapter, you’re able to connect a whole range of tools from other brands, including popular tools from Kenwood’s Chef series.
