How do I register?
Mission launch. In order to create a customer account, click on »sign in/registration« in the top right corner and fill out the registration form. Alternatively, you can set up your account while placing your first order. Enter your email and a password and prepare for take-off! Use your login data to view, check and edit your settings or just browse through our store.
Are there any fees involved?
Your Eleonto membership is and always will be free of charge.
What about my private data and my right to data portability?
Everything is top secret. Of course, all of your provided data will be treated confidently and not be shared with third parties. Your right to data portability (Art. 20 DGPR) can be invoked via email: store@eleonto.com
How can I change my password or request a new one if I forget it?
Simply navigate to »sign in/registration« in the top right corner and click on »forgot password« to enter your registered email address. We will send you an email with a reset link for your new password, which you can then modify accordingly.
Can I change my account data?
You can edit your address when logged in, but for the changing of your email, phone number or name, please contact our customer service via store@eleonto.com or under +43 5332 71360 (fees may apply).
How can I delete my account?
You wish to return to the past? Just write us an email with your request to store@eleonto.com, and we will get the cancellation of your account underway.
