What's the best way to wear Method 360 ANC earbuds for a secure fit?
To get the best fit, and therefore best sound, determine the ideal size of inner ear gels and/or outer fit fins to best suit your ear shape.
- All buds will come set up with size medium gels and fins.
- If there is a spot that feels tight, swap down to the size small gels or fins that came with your product.
- Too loose? Swap up to the large.
- Note: You may use different sizes for the inner ear gel versus the fit fin.
- Enjoy your custom fit!
How can I change my volume directly from my Method 360 ANC earbud?
In addition to controlling the volume of your media from your personal device, you can also set volume controls directly on your earbuds with the Skull-iQ app via the Button Settings function.
- Pair your Method 360 ANC to your phone.
- Download the Skull-iQ app to your iOS or Android phone.
- If not automatically connected, pair your Method 360 ANC to the app by tapping the headphone symbol in the lower left navigation bar.
- Once connected, tap the menu item ‘Button Settings’.
- Here, you can change the button function on each earbud from its default assignment to Volume Up and/or Volume Down.
Example: Not a Spotify user? Choose to change the ‘1 Second Hold’ function from Spotify Tap to Volume Up or Volume Down depending on which bud you’re customizing.
How can the Skull-iQ App enhance my Method 360 ANC earbuds?
The Skull-iQ App provides several opportunities for personalization – such as adjusting Active Noise Canceling and Stay-Aware Mode levels, activating EQ modes, and customizing your button functions. It’s also a useful reference for user guide controls and troubleshooting guidance.
How can I use Spotify Tap™ with my Method 360 ANC earbuds?
Spotify Tap gives you a direct connection to your Spotify library. Just press and hold the touch sensor on either earbud for one second and your audio will pick up right where you left off – or Spotify will play a recommendation based on your listening taste.
How do I put my Method 360 ANC earbuds back in the case?
To ensure proper charging and secure storage, follow these steps:
Hold the case so the Skullcandy logo is facing up and outward – as if it’s clipped to your belt loop Move the slider down to open the case. Place each earbud into its corresponding slot – right earbud on the right side, left earbud on the left side. When aligned with the charging pins, you should feel a magnetic pull as the earbud clicks
into place. Move the slider back up to close the case
Why does my music stop when I adjust my Method 360 ANC or take them out of my ear?
Wear Detection pauses your music when you remove your Method 360 ANC and resumes it when you put them back in—so you never miss a beat. To prevent your buds from moving around in your ear and to ensure an optimal listening experience, use the included fit fins and ear gels to create a secure fit.
