ITALIAN FLAT BURRS FOR OPTIMAL GRIND QUALITY

Uniform Evo features 64 mm wide, Italian-made flat burrs in stainless steel. These deliver uniform particle size, crucial for extracting the best flavor from your coffee beans. The grinder operates slowly, minimizing heat build-up and preserving the coffee's natural aromas and oils.

Uniform Evo offers 41 main grind settings and 10 micro-adjustments for added precision. Gain full control over your grind for: Turkish coffee, Espresso, Aeropress, Pour-over, Filter coffee, French press, and Boiled coffee.

GRIND DIRECTLY INTO THE ESPRESSO PORTAFILTER

The Uniform Evo includes adapters for 51–53 mm and 58 mm portafilters, allowing you to grind directly into the portafilter. This provides a seamless brewing experience and makes it easy to prepare barista-quality espresso at home.

INTEGRATED PRECISION SCALE: PERFECT DOSING EVERY TIME

The lid of the Uniform Evo doubles as a digital precision scale (Uni), with 0.1-gram accuracy and a capacity of up to 2 kg. This lets you weigh your coffee beans directly before grinding, ensuring consistent flavour and the ideal coffee-to-water ratio. Key features of the Uni scale include: Tare function, Timer function, and Rechargeable battery via USB-C (approx. 20 hours of use).
