Our pump technology completely empties water from the system after each brew, ensuring your coffee is always brewed with fresh, oxygen-rich water. This prevents old water from affecting the taste of your next brew.
With other coffee makers, without pump technology, as much as 1.5 dl of water can remain in the system after brewing, which can greatly impact the coffee's flavour.

Perfect brewing temperature
Zense features an advanced brewing system that provides hot water for perfect extraction throughout the brewing process. It maintains an optimal brewing temperature of 92–96° from the first to the last drop, giving you the perfect cup of coffee every time.
Drip stop and adjustable flow control
The adjustable flow control allows you to customize the brewing process based on the amount of coffee you are brewing and tailor the flavour outcome to your preferences. You can also pause the brewing with the drip stop.
Right coffee-to-water ratio
Use the measuring guide on the water container to get the ideal and recommended ratio of coffee to water for every brew.
Warming plate with automatic shut-off
Zense keeps your coffee warm after brewing with a warming plate that automatically turns off after 40 minutes.
Tip! We recommend brewing coffee multiple times instead of storing it for long periods – for the best possible taste.
Cleaning indicator for easy maintenance
When it's time for cleaning, the coffee maker will remind you by slowly pulsing the start/stop button, making it easy to keep your brewer in top condition.

Zense is approved by the ECBC, which sets standards for water temperature and contact time, among other things. To maximize the flavour from your coffee, it is absolutely necessary that the coffee maker operates at the correct water temperature. It is also important that the water does not take too short or too long to flow through the coffee. Small deviations here quickly result in either sour or bitter coffee.

Tips for better coffee:
- Rinse the coffee filter with water before brewing to remove any unwanted aftertaste.
- Always use fresh coffee. You get the best results if the coffee you use is freshly ground. Ground coffee quickly loses its aromas, and by grinding the coffee yourself just before brewing, you preserve all the coffee’s aromas for the best possible coffee taste.
- If you want even hotter coffee, rinse the glass jug with hot water before brewing. This is especially recommended if you are brewing 0.5 litres of coffee or less.
- If the coffee maker has not been used for a while, we recommend running the coffee maker with clean water before use.
- Coffee residues always accumulate on parts that come into contact with coffee. For optimal coffee taste, you should regularly clean the filter holder, jug, and jug lid.
- Do not use the coffee jug to fill the water container as coffee residues affect the taste and quality of the brewed coffee.
