How do I place an order?
The Eleonto order process is easy: After adding the desired items to your cart, press »checkout«. At this point, we recommend creating a customer account, which will keep you logged in as you proceed with your order. If you are already registered with us, log into your account with your email and password. Next, you will go through a three-step ordering process (address – payment – confirmation) before completing your order. Of course, it is also possible to order without a customer account. Simply click on »continue without registration« and follow the ensuing steps.
Can I order over the phone?
Unfortunately, it is currently not possible to place an order by phone. If you have any questions, feel free to contact our customer service.
Do I need to register for an account to place an order?
No, you do not need a registered account to shop with Eleonto. Simply click on »continue without registration« and proceed with your order.
Is there a minimum order value?
Negative. Eleonto does not have a minimum order value.
Is there a maximum order value?
The sky is the limit! However, generally speaking, the maximum order value depends on your payment-service-provider.
Where can I view my order history?
Log into your Eleonto account and navigate to »customer account« under »your name«. Here, you will find an overview of your order history.
Can I cancel an order that has not been processed yet?
You wish to abort the mission? Cancelling orders is generally possible before dispatch. Contact our customer service under firstname.lastname@example.org or +43 5332 71360 (fees may apply) to request a cancellation.
Can I change my shipping address after my order has been confirmed?
We apologize for the inconvenience but hope you can understand that it is not possible for us to change course. Once your order is confirmed, we cannot accommodate address changes made at a later time. In the case that the stated address is incorrect or shipment cannot be delivered, it is automatically redirected to us. After we have received and checked your parcel, your refund will be issued to the payment method originally chosen.
Do you accept international orders?
We currently deliver to Germany, Austria, the Netherlands, Belgium, Switzerland, France, Italy and Portugal. International or intergalactic orders are not possible at present. Should this change, we will happily let you know in our newsletter.
The item I want to order is sold out. What can I do?
There is still a chance that the item will become available again. Unfortunately, we cannot predict if and when availability changes.
What happens after I have completed my order?
After the completion of your order, we will send you a confirmation listing your ordered items, billing and shipping address as well as your preferred method of payment.
Is there a way to make sure my order was placed correctly?
Affirmative. You can either check the order confirmation we sent per email or log into your Eleonto account on your website and view your order under »customer account«. Can I order from a mobile device?
All systems are go. Of course, you can order from your tablet or smartphone any time you wish. Simply visit our online shop in your internet browser. Our website has been optimized for mobile devices.
